Yes, PP10 Pro does work under Vista (32-bit) but you must set the application
 
to run in Windows XP emulation mode. I have also found that disabling all of 
the Aero effects seems to provide some improvements as well. 

Of note though, text insertion is buggy and should only be done through 
the Advanced text editing option, instead of directly on the image.
